Pepsiman is a game that is very hard to describe.You take control of Pepsiman and collect Pepsi cans while running through hazardous levels dodging obstacles all the way. The game is somewhat rare and hard to find, so consider yourself lucky if you have it.

Gameplay (8/10)
A lot of people are probably asking themselves ''Who is Pepsiman?''. Well, if you don't know who Pepsiman is then why are you reading this? Pepsiman is the ''spokesman'' for Pepsi in Japan. You also may remember his cameo in Fighting Vipers for Sega Saturn. Too bad they removed him from the U.S. version. He has starred in many commercials, so why not his own game? The difficulty in this game is average. It shouldn't take too long to beat. The objective is to collect Pepsi cans on the way to the end of the level. You are racing against the clock so be careful not to get hit by a car. There are many obstacles stopping you from getting to your goal. Like cars, people, boxes and many more. There are a total of 4 stages with 3 levels each. Which makes 12 levels in all. Doesn't sound like much does it? You have to remember this game was released in 
 
 
Japan for a somewhat cheap price. The first 2 levels in each stage are played from a 3rd person perspective.
It automatically runs forward for you all you have to do is move Pepsiman left and right and jump over or slide under obstacles. The 3rd level in each stage is played out like the scene in Indiana Jones where that boulder is chasing after him. In these levels Pepsiman is running towards you. The main goal is to collect 100 pepsi cans that are scattered throughout the level. It is not an easy task. While you don't have to get all 100 to beat the game it will be over way too quick if you don't.

Control (6/10)
This is one of the low points of the game. First of all there is NO analog control. A game like this would have truly benefited with analog control. Due to the fact that Pepsiman automatically moves forward causes some problems too. But that is part of what makes the game difficult. Pepsiman can dash, stop(for a brief period), jump, move left and right, and slide. Not much of a variety huh?

Sound FX/Music (3/10)
This is the WORST part of the game. If they hadn't gotten the Sound FX perfect it would have gotten a 0. I hope you like the Pepsiman theme song. Because all of the music in this game is a remix of the Pepsiman theme song for each stage. Hearing the words Pepsiman over and over tend to become annoying. My advice to you is put a CD on and turn the volume all the way down on the TV.

Graphics (6/10)
The graphics are a little above average in this game. But thankfully graphics don't mean anything. After all just because a game looks bad doesn't mean it plays bad. The opposite can be said too. The people in this game are flat sprites. While Pepsiman and certain objects are polygons. There isn't much slowdown at all.

Replay Value (7/10)
At first it may not seem to have any replay value. What with only 12 levels and all. But if you are the type of person who likes unlocking secrets there is a little replay value. You can unlock different Pepsimans.

Rent or Buy?
Well, since I don't know of anywhere to rent Imports I'd have to say buy if it sounds good to you. If you find it for rental however I say rent it.

Overall (6/10)
I can recommend this game to people who love Pepsiman and someone who likes to play games over and over until they totally beat it.

It's a genre almost exclusively run by independent developers, so it's about creativity - not a big budget. NGD Studios, one of Latin America's leading game developers, has decided to break away from the MMO Their roots and try Their luck with Bunch of Heroes - a "comical" top-down shooter for the PC.


That's a pretty big change from what they've been developing, and while the gameplay is competent, there's a complete absence of soul. Nothing from the razor thin story to the dull level design manages to feel unique. It's completely playable, and the co-op can be enjoyable from time to time, but it did not take long before it just felt like I was going through the motions. Bunch of Heroes has no style, no substance, and Gives me no reason to recommend it.

Who or what the "Bunch of Heroes" is, I could not really tell you. There's a hefty football player named Joe Jared, a female agent with a mastery of martial arts and gun Both Liu's name, the cigar Munching captain El Camarada, weapons expert and a skinny That goes by Captain Smith. All this can be gathered from Their Appearances, and while it's an interesting and diverse group, nothing is done with the actual characters to Make Them compelling.

There's never an explanation for why they've teamed up and the one-liners Constantly popping up on screen are so generic that i would never be Able to tell you WHO They CAME from if there wasn'ta face attached to the box. There are A Few funny references to Pink Floyd or Heroes (and funny Actually may be a stretch), but the lack of any unique personality to go with the four very different characters is a big missed opportunity. Not every game needs a strong story arc, but if you're going to put a focus on an Unlikely Group of Heroes all hailing from different parts of the world, just the make sure to give Them Actually each a persona.



The special attacks seem to be the only difference in how characters play.

That's all fine and dandy, but the total lack of variety in level design and objective types is the make the action completely competent grow far too Quickly tiring. Actually I was impressed by the mix of activities in the first episode of the game, but by my second and third adventure, it was pretty obvious the game That Had blown its load a tad bit early. The series of events in every level is almost identical - blow something up, stop something from being blown up, and protect some arbitrary house. It's a lazy way to add extra content, and Gives the player no reason to play more than a Few levels.

Yup, now I just want to play Burn Zombie Burn!

If there is a fun way to play this game, it's with friends. Maybe I'm just a sucker for any co-op, but I enjoyed most of my time online with three other Strangers. I never Had any issues with lag, and with Such open maps, your friends can run off to other areas and shoot zombies from a distance (if that's Their thing). As I've Stated before, the guns and the actual shooting portion of the game are entirely capable, so as long as you know A Few People who also took a chance with the game (there weren't many people online During my review process) , you will not have a terrible time.

Candi Ratu Boko adalah candi yang awalnya merupakan istana Ratu Boko. Istana ini adalah sebuah bangunan megah yang dibangun pada masa pemerintahan Rakai Panangkaran, Nama “Boko” itu sebenarnya berasal dari raja legendaris Raja Boko disebutkan dalam cerita rakyat Loro Jonggrang yang merupakan salah satu keturunan Wangsa Syailendra.
Candi Ratu Boko terletak sekitar 3 km ke arah selatan dari Candi Prambanan atau sekitar 19 km ke arah selatan dari kota Yogyakarta. Kawasan Candi Ratu Boko yang berlokasi di atas sebuah bukit dengan ketinggian ± 195.97 m diatas permukaan laut, meliputi dua desa, yaitu DSitus Ratu Boko sebenarnya bukan merupakan candi, melainkan reruntuhan sebuah kerajaan. Oleh karena itu, Candi Ratu Boko sering disebut juga Kraton Ratu Boko.
Di situs Ratu Baka ditemukan sebuah prasasti berangka tahun 792 M yang dinamakan Prasasti Abhayagiriwihara. Isi prasasti tersebut mendasari dugaan bahwa Kraton Ratu Boko dibangun oleh Rakai Panangkaran. Prasasti Abhayagiriwihara ditulis menggunakan huruh pranagari, yang merupakan salah satu ciri prasasti Buddha. Dalam prasasti itu disebutkan bahwa Raja Tejapurnama Panangkarana, yang diperkirakan adalah Rakai Panangkaran, telah memerintahkan pembangunan Abhayagiriwihara. Nama yang sama juga disebut-sebut dalam Prasasti Kalasan (779 M), Prasati Mantyasih (907 M), dan Prasasti Wanua Tengah III (908 M).
Menurut para pakar, kata abhaya berarti tanpa hagaya atau damai, giri berarti gunung atau bukit. Dengan demikian, Abhayagiriwihara berarti biara yang dibangin di sebuah bukit yang penuh kedamaian. Pada pemerintahan Rakai Walaing Pu Kombayoni, yaitu tahun 898-908, Abhayagiri Wihara berganti nama menjadi Kraton Walaing.


a.      Gerbang
Gerbang masuk ke kawasan wisata Candi Ratu Boko terletak di sisi barat. Kelompok gerbang ini terletak di tempat yang cukup tinggi, sehingga dari tempat parkir kendaraan, orang harus melalui jalan menanjak sejauh sekitar 100 m. Pintu masuk terdiri atas dua gerbang, yaitu gerbang luar dan gerbang dalam. Gerbang dalam, yang ukurannya lebih besar merupakan gerbang utama.
 
b.      Candi pembakaran
Candi pembakaran berbentuk teras tanah berundak setinggi 3 m. Letaknya sekitar 37 m ke arah timur laut dari gerbang utama. Bangunan ini berdenah dasar bujur sangkar dengan luas 26 m2. Teras kedua lebih sempit dari teras pertama, sehingga membentuk selasar di sekeliling teras kedua. Permukaan teras atas atau teras kedua merupakan pelataran rumput.

Paseban merupakan kata dalam bahasa Jawa yang berarti tempat untuk menghadap raja (seba = menghadap). Bangunan ini terletak sekitar 45 m ke arah selatan dari gapura. Paseban merupakan teras yang dibangun dari batu andesit dengan tinggi 1,5 m, lebar 7 m dan panjang 38 m, membujur arah utara-selatan. Tangga naik ke lantai paseban terletak di sisi barat. Di berbagai tempat di permukaan lantai ditemukan 20 umpak fondasi tempat menancapkan tiang bangunan) dan 4 alur yang diperkirakan bekas tempat berdirinya dinding pembatas.



d.      Pendopo
Sekitar 20 m dari paseban, arah selatan dari gapura, terdapat dinding batu setinggi setinggi 3 m yang memagari sebuah lahan dengan ukuran panjang 40 m dan lebar 30 m. Sepanjang tepi dinding dan di antara dua teras terdapat gang berlantai batu. Teras pertama disebut pendapa, berbentuk semacam panggung persegi setinggi 1,46 m, dengan ukuran luas 20 m2. Dalam bahasa Jawa, pendapa berarti ruang tamu atau hamparan lantai beratap yang umumnya terletak di bagian depan rumah. Tangga naik ke pendapa berada di sisi timurlaut dan baratlaut. Diatas permukaan lantai pendapa terdapat 24 buah umpak batu.Teras kedua, yang disebut ‘pringgitan’ terletak di selatan pendapa. Pringgitan artinya ruang dalam atau ruang duduk. Pringgitan ini juga berdenah segi empat dengan luas 20 X 6 m.



e.      Tempat pemujaan  (Miniatur candi))
Di luar dinding pendapa, arah tenggara, terdapat sebuah teras batu yang masih utuh. Di ujungnya terdapat 3 buah candi kecil yang digunakan sebagai tempat pemujaan. Bangunan yang di tengah, yang berukuran lebih besar dibandingkan dengan kedua candi pengapitnya, adalah tempat untuk memuja Dewa Wisnu. Kedua candi yang mengapitnya, masing-masing, merupakan tempat memuja Syiwa dan Brahma.


f.        Keputren (Kolam Pemandian Putri)
Keputren yang artinya tempat tinggal para putri letaknya di timur pendapa. Lingkungan keputren seluas 31 X 8 m dibatasi oleh pagar batu setinggi 2 m, namun sebagian besar pagar batu tersebut telah runtuh. Pintu masuk, berupa gapura paduraksa dengan hiasan Kalamakara di atas ambangnya, terletak di sisi timur dan barat.




h.      Gua (lanang)
Goa Lanang yang terletak di timur laut ‘paseban’ merupakan lorong persegi dengan tinggi 1,3 m, lebar 3,7 m dan dalam 2,9 m. Di dalam gua, masing-masing di sisi kiri, kanan dan belakang, terdapat relung seperti bilik. Pada dinding gua terdapat pahatan berbentuk semacam pigura persegi panjang. Mackenzie menemukan patung di depan Gua Lanang ini.


i.         Gua ( wadon)
Gua wadon terletak sekitar 20 m ke arah tenggara dari ‘paseban’ lebih kecil ukurannya dibandingkan dengan Gua Lanang, yaitu tinggi 1,3 m, lebar 3 dan dalam 1, 7 m. Di bagian belakang gua terdapat relung seperti bilik. Letak gua wadon tersebut berada
